You’ve just rescued a pet from one of our parterend shelters?

That’s amazing! Congratulations!

As a way of saying thank you from the shelter and ourselves, we’re here to help you and your new pet - your new friend will show you how grateful they are in love and companionship!

You’ll have received your Adoption Rewards Card (it’s in your adoption pack!) which tells you all about what we do.

As you might already be aware, we donate 2% of every sale to rescue shelters. But we don't just donate sporadically and with no end, we give that money straight back to the shelter you rescued your pet from!

This means that for a lifetime, for shopping with us, we will continue to donate 2% back to your chosen shelter. Month in, month out- at no additional cost to you!

We offer only the finest in premium and natural pet food, sourced from sustainable British brands. With a wide variety of dry and wet food, as well as all the treats, chews and accessories your new four legged family member can get through.

We also have some handy pre-made bundles which take all the stress and time out of researching what to buy your new pet. We’re here to provide you with a convenient one-stop platform that has everything you need and help you out with a reduced cost.

For the new dog owners

If you've rescued a dog, your rescue shelter will have informed us of your dog's personality and we will include your FREE 'Friendly Dog Collar Company' collar, tailored to your dog's temperament.

For the new cat owners

We haven’t forgotten about you! With your first repeat order we send you a FREE cat scratch pole!

How to create a repeat order

Once you’ve personalised exactly what you need, to make your order a repeat, at the checkout screen simply select how often you want your order to be sent. Monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly and include your Personal Pet Code. It’s that easy! From here, we will forever ensure your pet has the supplies they need to be cared for.

This is a service we're incredibly proud to provide. We really hope that with enough time and pet owner awareness, we can create something really special to support animal shelters for good - both with donations but also by advocating and actively encouraging pet adoption.

By getting as many people on board with us as possible we hope to generate more donations to try and put back into the community that provides us all with so much joy- the Pet community!
