Delivery Information

Dependent on location, size of parcel and availability, all our customers will receive delivery from either one of our in-house drivers or one of our trusted courier partners- DHL, Parcel Force and Royal Mail. At the checkout, your delivery will be auto-calculated and pre-selected to ensure you receive the best possible service we can provide.

- Orders over £49 will be delivered completely free

- Orders of £49 or less will be charged at the following rates-

• Parcels weighing upto 2KG or less will be charged at £2.99
• Parcels weighing more than 2KG will be charged at £5.99 

We strive to despatch all our orders within 24 hours of your order being placed and then deliver within two days of dispatch. This means you should expect to receive your order within three working days on average. We do our utmost to ensure your delivery runs as smoothly as possible, however like everything there will always be exceptions and once your order has been dispatched, there are a lot of things out of our control. Therefore, a fully trackable service is provided with most of our deliveries to ensure you remain updated at every step.

We are a UK based business and only deliver to the UK, with the following exceptions:

AB55-56, BT1-99, DD8-9, 11, GY1-99, HS1-99, IM1-99, IV1-99, JE1-99, KA27-28, 14-17, PA20-80, PO30-41, PH20, 22, 32, 36-44, TR21-25, ZE1-99, BFPO, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands (Guernsey and Jersey).
